Powder Coating

Powder coating is the electrostatic application of paint onto metal surfaces. We provide all colors according to the RAL color chart. The coating thickness ranges from 60 to 120 microns. Coated surfaces can have the following finishes:

• Gloss,
• Matte,
• Semi-matte

or

• Coarse texture,
• Fine texture,
• Smooth texture

Line Coating

This type of coating is used for series production with pre-washing processes on the line, allowing coating of components according to the following specifications:

Small Batch Coating

This type is offered for more complex assemblies and simpler ones, providing all colors according to the RAL chart. Specifications are as follows:
